Return Policy for Tomitechnologies Inc.

Thank you for your purchase, we hope you are happy with your product. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase due to damage or a defect, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.  


All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date, or two weeks. All returned items must be accompanied by original tags, labels, and proof of purchase. Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges or store credit, however are willing to discuss simple customized options on a case-by-case basis, just send us a message 🙂  

Return Process

To return a defective item, please email customer service at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in packaging with your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Because of this, we strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.  


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow fourteen (14) days from the receiving of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.  


For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange and qualify for a refund.

Please Note

  • Product must be faulty, defective, or damaged in order to be eligible for refund.
  • Clear, irrefutable proof must be provided before shipping the item back to us.
