Refunds & Returns

All sales are final. Refunds or returns or any kind cannot be offered. This may change in the future as we become more established and have the means to refund honest customers due to rare shipping mistakes. However, if you aren’t satisfied, we want to know about it. Please get in touch via the contact us page, or send an email directly to admin@tomitechnologies.com with all your details.

Shipping Time

Shipping usually takes 1-2 weeks, but sometimes can take longer, especially due to global circumstances. Shipping to countries outside of Canada or the US should take about the same time, but may vary. We will do our best to state the shipping time for each product. If we require extra time to process or deliver your order, we will explicitly let you know via email.

Currency

All product costs are in CAD. If you are paying in another currency, currency conversions will be applied.
